BODY TWISTING PROCEDURE:
Perform the procedure twice. Do the 1st Strength Test without the Bracelet first then do the 2nd test with the bracelet on your wrist or attached to any part of your body.
Remote Test:
Perform the procedure twice. Do the Strength Test first (do not call us yet). Before your start the 2nd test, make a call to my celphone (+63-9208564932) and attach your cellphone to your body. Use a celphone lace then hook on your neck or just put it on you pocket. Please ensure that we stay connected until you're done with your 2nd test.
Procedure:
Balance Demonstration Procedure
1st Test
1.) Tell your friend to stand straight, put feet togeth.er forming 45 degrees angle.
2.) Cuffs/lock the hands by his/her fingers.
3.) Get somebody to push your hands verticaly, while you try to resist the force from moving your hands (Tell your friend not lean lean forward/backward and do not bend your knees or your arms).
4.) Apply a vertical force downward to your friends hands. Tell him to resist the force as much as he can.
2nd Test:
1.) Put on the bracelet or Cellphone (connected to us "REMOTE TEST") and do the same as in procedures 1 to 4 of previous test.
